About the Role
Analyze the construction materials engineering for soils, concrete, asphalt, rebars etc. and other field and lab results. Perform geotechnical design and analysis of foundations of various structures including pavement designs, pile foundation and retaining walls recommendations, slope stability analysis, settlement analysis and prepare final reports. Propose various geotechnical/pavement projects and construction materials testing (CMT) of public and private projects. Train and coordinate field and laboratory personals. Manage project budgets, project set-ups, and invoicing. Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering technology, construction management and Engineering-In-Training license. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze construction materials (soils, concrete, asphalt, rebar, etc.) from field and lab results

- Propose and oversee geotechnical/pavement projects and construction materials testing (CMT) projects

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a foreign equivalent
- 1 year of relevant work experience
In lieu of work experience, 12 graduate-level credit hours in the following areas are acceptable:
- Fundamentals of Geotechnical Engineering
- Advanced Pavement Design & Management
- Bituminous Materials & Mixtures
- Pavement Management System
