The general scope of work for quality control for this project consisted following:
- Proof-rolling observations,
- Laboratory determination of clay liner suitability,
- Laboratory and field density testing of the excavated detention pond material,
- Cement Stabilized Sand Proctor testing, compressive strength testing, and backfill density tests,
- Moisture-density & Atterberg limits of lime or lime-fly ash stabilized soils, and soil backfill materials for Water, Sanitary, and Drainage Facilities,
- Field compaction observation and testing of compacted fill materials, and trench backfill materials,
- Rebar Inspection,
- Concrete Mix Design Review,
- Concrete placement observation and testing on utilities and Pilot Channel,
- Concrete compressive strength testing of concrete,
- Result Reporting,
- Providing certifications letter of compliance.
