- Compressive strength and proctor testing on cement stabilized sand.
- Concrete Mix Design Review.
- Concrete placement observation and testing for utilities and Pilot Channel.
- Water, Sanitary, and Drainage Facilities (WSD)
- Moisture-density and Atterberg limits of soil backfill materials for Water, Sanitary, and Drainage Facilities.
- Compressive strength and proctor testing on cement stabilized and.
- Field compaction observation and testing on trench backfill materials.
- Street Paving Facilities
- Proof-rolling observations on paving subgrade and lots.
- Subgrade stabilization recommendation.
- Laboratory compaction and field density tests on the subgrade in the paving areas and lot testing.
- Concrete testing to estimate the compressive strength of concrete for paving.
- Concrete coring to estimate depth of pavement and compressive strength of core samples.
- Result Reporting and Provide certification package of substantial compliance.
