To accomplish the intended objectives, the study was conducted in the following phases:
- Proof-rolling observations on the building pad and paving subgrade areas,

- Laboratory compaction and field density tests for underground utilities trench backfill,
- Laboratory compaction and field density test on building pad,
- Stabilization recommendations for the paving subgrade,
- Laboratory compaction and field density tests on the subgrade of the paving areas,
- Drilled piers installation observations,
- Concrete testing to determine the compressive strength of concrete for the building slabs, columns, pavement, and sidewalks,
- Concrete masonry unity observation, sampling and testing,
- Concrete masonry unity observation, sampling and testing,
- Steel and Bolt Inspection and Observation
- Result Reporting.
